RMC's consulting services cover all critical stages in optimising the technical and financial realisation of projects. These start with prefeasibility, feasibility and detailed studies, followed by procedures for tender calls, construction supervision and acceptance of work and extend into putting into operation and management of projects. Design and planning of established as well as of new ports and port facilities, breakwaters, dredging works, hinterland connections and measures for improvement of inland waterways are part of RMC's services.
RMC supports its clients in market research, design, selection and/or tendering of cargo handling systems. RMC supervises construction works and assists in acceptance procedures. Jointly with local partners, RMC's experts provide maintenance supervision for existing equipment and train local staff in inventory and repair management.
